Arianna Lemus
Host & Executive Producer
Arianna Lemus is an accomplished entrepreneur and the CEO of MíraLA LLC. She hosts and executive produces the MíraLA podcast. She serves as the festival director for the non-profit, MíraLA Film Festival, which showcases films created by women of color. She is the owner of MíraLA Media, a production company dedicated to empowering women through marketing and storytelling.
Brenda Hernández
Producer & Director of Brand Marketing
Brenda Hernández is a multi-media artist and filmmaker with over 15 years of experience. She became an award winning filmmaker at 17, adding director and producer credits in over a dozen short films. She received her Bachelors degree in Arts from Cal State Northridge in 2015.
The MíraLA Podcast serves as a new medium of storytelling for Brenda. She is a fierce advocate for POC & queer representation. Her goal is to showcase stories ranging from women of different walks of life & underrepresented communities.
Genevieve Erickson
Video Editor
Genevieve is a recent graduate of Pomona College where she specialized in post-production and new media storytelling. As a self-proclaimed “white-trash Chicana” her work focuses multi-cultural experiences and highlighting marginalized voices. As a transplant to Los Angeles from Southern Arizona, she’s thrilled to be working with MíraLA to familiarize herself with and contribute to a new community.
Wooin Jeon
Sound Mixer/Audio Editor
Wooin Jeon is a skilled audio engineer, mixer, editor and sound designer from Seoul, South Korea. A graduate of LAFS Audio Production program, she has worked across a variety of media, including short films, documentaries and advertisements.
Wooin has contributed to numerous short films such as One Summer Night, The LAnd, Cuffed, Strong Black Woman and advertisements for high-profile campaigns including Samsung Galaxy and Google Play.
